Just mix 2 tablespoon of Bull-Eye to 16 ounces of liquid (water or beef broth) and let your favorite cut of beef or steaks rest for your to 6 hrs or overnight if needed. For competition steaks, you can let sit for 1 hr or use as a dry brine, just rub a light layer on your competition steak and let sit, wipe or rinse off after 1 hr and rub with your favorite Texas oil dust spices.
