COMPETITION BBQ CLASS

Here’s your chance to learn everything I do in competitive bbq. Full tell all bbq experience that has led me to be a 2X world champion bbq cook and learn to be a consistent competitor. We will have lots of laughs and good food, we will talk and learn sauces, trimming, injections, seasonings and cooking styles techniques on a Jambo offset, drum smoker and a recteq pellet grill. I’ll answer all techniques, cooking equipment and everyone knows the last 15-20 minutes can make or break a turn in. Let’s keep it simple but pack some flavor in your routine. Sign up and let’s have some fun. November 7/8, class starts at 4 pm on Saturday. Cook our timelines on Sunday and finish up. We’re talking 5 categories.  Chicken, Ribs, Pork, Brisket and Steak. C’mon let’s have a brown water, and a little bbq fun. Bbq trailers and generators are welcome. If you want to come Friday you can and stay on site to be close to the class and have our Saturday night shenanigans
